Retarus has enhanced its communication solutions through new observability metrics, providing companies with comprehensive process data in real time for its Email Security, Transactional Email, Fax and SMS services. As these details are made available in a standard format, they can be integrated into all widely used monitoring and observability systems to track metrics such as delivery rates, system availability, and processing times with precision.
The new observability metrics now grant Retarus customers a complete, unfiltered, real-time overview of the overall performance of their services. All data is made available in the widely established Prometheus format for easy integration into existing monitoring systems such as Splunk, Dynatrace, Datadog, Grafana, or Elastic. The metrics are specifically geared toward the needs of complex enterprise communication infrastructures and provide IT teams with the reliable process data required for forensic investigations, audits, and regulatory compliance. Since customers always have unrestricted access to their process data, they are able to respond flexibly to new compliance requirements.

Depending on their specific requirements, companies can create their own customized dashboards and reports, ranging from monitoring dashboards for IT operations to structured reports for financial controlling or compliance.
